REQUEST FOR SPAY/NEUTER HELP

The Fuzzy Pet Foundation – (TFPF) regularly assists pet guardians with spaying/neutering their cats/dogs. Annually, we cover the cost of up to 1,000 spay/neuter surgeries. All spay/neuter surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians at our partnering veterinary hospitals. And priority is given to pet guardians in Southern California.

Simply fill out the form below, and a TFPF representative will contact you with more information.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a FREE spay/neuter appointment at our partnering veterinary hospitals. You may be placed on a waitlist and/or we may not be able to assist financially at all if we run out of funds for the year.

    Filling out this form does not guarantee a FREE spay/neuter appointment at TFPF’s partnering veterinary hospitals.

    I may be placed on a waitlist and/or I may not be able to receive assistance at all depending on TFPF’s budget for the year.

    I am requesting spay/neuter help for my own personal cat/dog. (Due to the sheer volume of requests for FREE spay/neuter, TFPF is unable to assist “independent rescuers,” rescue organizations, and animal shelters.)
